I'm a collector of many things. Diecast cars, videogames being the top 2. I am an amateur photographer and I love huskies, foxes, wolves, basically any large-breed canines.
I named my dog "Kiba" from the anime "Wolf's Rain". In Japanese, the meaning of the name "Kiba" translates to "fang", which I deem to be fitting, as he has proven he lives for the kill many times over the years. Rabbits are his favorites to catch and kill. By the way, don't be afraid to mass-favorite, mass-comment, or comment on my images. I won't bite you for doing so. I love getting feedback! It shows me that people enjoy what I upload. :3
I do not have fancy and overcomplicated $7,000 cameras with 50-something lenses, and I do not need them. They are too confusing for a simple person like myself.
I do not take fancy extravagant photos or spend 5 hours
editing ruining and making them look faked (if I had a dollar for every Husky photo I saw where the eyes or fur was digitally over-brightened....). I do my own thing, and do not follow what others do. I have my own style and life to lead, not someone elses'. Some have called my photography not artistic, but autistic in nature, and it very well may be that. But amid the thousands of photos I snap, there are gems if you take the time to look through them all, and not automatically dismiss me as Rain Man hanging out the window of the Studebaker and snapping photos with a Kodak Instamatic. You may love my photography style, or hate it. If you hate it, tolerate it.
PS: Keep in kind that you still need my permission if you want to edit them (I usually allow it). However, the minute I see my photos on Facebook or some other lame site of yours without my permission* AND claiming my dog as yours (it has happened before with a couple people), I will have the images deleted.
* Friends of mine that I know and trust are exempt from this rule. Just let me know where they are uploaded at.Also, if you're a motorhead/petrolhead, have a look at my other DA account I have specifically for posting photos of real automobiles and other forms of transport:
